The IX edition of the Brazilian Soybean Congress will be in a hybrid format, enabling in-person or online participation.

CBSOJA PRESENTIAL FORMAT: Registration gives access to the entire scientific program (with simultaneous translation to English in the room “Espaço Brasil”), booth area, poster session, opening cocktail party, get-together dinner, coffee breaks and the participant's kit containing support material. The participant will have access to all content on the CBSoja GoLive platform (with audio option in English or original language) from the moment of confirmation of registration, to all recorded programming of "Espaço Brasil" and virtual poster session (poster can be accepted in English, Spanish or Portuguese), which will be available up to 30 days after the end of the event. Enrolment will also entitle you to a certificate of participation.

CBSOJA ONLINE FORMAT: Participants who register for this event format will be entitled to follow the live programming of "Espaço Brasil" only (with simultaneous translation to English). Those who register in this format will still have access to a virtual fair with corporations exhibiting at the event and to the virtual poster session with the PDF's of the posters presented in person. Enrolment will also entitle you to a certificate of participation. Registration for the online format also guarantees access to all content on the “CBSoja GoLive” platform (with audio option in English or original language) from the confirmation of registration (including all GoLive events).

CBSOJA ACCOMPANYING CATEGORY: It is only available in person and offers access to the booth area and the event's social program (opening cocktail party and fraternization dinner).

RELARE PRESENTIAL FORMAT: Registration gives access to all of Relare's scientific programs on May 16th and 17th (with simultaneous translation to English only on May17th), booth area, poster session, opening cocktail party, coffee breaks and a congressman's kit containing support material. On May 17th, the participant in this registration category will be able to access the entire CBSoja programming (3 simultaneous rooms). After the event, you will have the right to access the online platform with the recorded content of "Espaço Brasil" and a virtual poster session, which will be available up to 30 days after the end of the event. Registration for the in-person format of the event also guarantees partial access to the contents of the “CBSoja GoLive” platform, namely: GoLive Launch event (June/21), GoLive event October (20/10/21) and Relare special (November/21) (with audio option in English or original language). Enrolment will also entitle you to a certificate of participation.

RELARE ONLINE FORMAT: Registration gives access to the Relare/CBSoja programming of "Espaço Brasil" only on May 17th. Those who register in this format will still have access to a virtual fair with corporations exhibiting at the event and to the virtual poster session with the PDF's of the works presented in person. Enrolment will also entitle you to a certificate of participation. Registration for the online format also guarantees partial access to the content of the “CBSoja GoLive” platform, namely: GoLive Launch event (June/21), GoLive event October (20/10/21) and Relare special (November/21).

CBSOJA GoLive: “CBSoja GoLive” is an interactive content platform, with exclusive events, created especially to bring together agents involved in the soy production chain to discuss important issues related to soybeans. On the GoLive platform, you will find a space to keep up to date with our face-to-face meeting at the IX CBSoja and Mercosoja, in Foz do Iguaçu, between May 16th and 19th, 2022. The registration gives access to the scientific program, booth area, session session, opening cocktail, social dinner, coffee breaks, congressman's kit containing supporting material and certificate of participation. 1. The IX edition of the Brazilian Soy Congress will be in a hybrid format, enabling on-site or online participation. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the participation format during the registration.
2. ONLINE format: delegates who register for this event format will be able to follow the live program only from Espaço Brasil. After the event, the content of this room will be available to all participants (on-site and online event delegates)
3. Person accompanying: it is only available for the on-site format and offers access only to the booths area and the event social program (social dinner and opening cocktail).

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested before March 2, 2022 will be refunded, but a fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged for administrative costs. No refunds will apply after this date. Alternatively, the registration can be transferred to another participant of the same category, free of charge until the registration deadline on the website. Organizers must be notified of the transfer by email. Other information about the payment of registration, must be fulfilled to the email cbsoja@fbeventos.com.
